U-090 Corrector creates proper sequence for reset and clock signals if both signals appears at (almost) same time.

Wait time knob sets tolerance time when reset and clock are evaluated as “incomming together” although input reset is delayed (100us to 8ms). Reset width knob sets width of output reset pulse.

Internal jumper sets clock generation in situation when clock incomes within reset output pulse: reset/gap/clock sequence is generated (jumper header set) or clock is “deleted” if clock incomes within reset, then reset pulse is generated only (jumper header removed). Reset pulse width range is approx. 100us to 5ms, gap between reset and clock pulses can be 1/2/5ms and clock 1/2/5ms long.

So when both clock and reset appears on inputs at time then minimum clock delay (first clock after reset) is: 100us (minimum reset length) + 1ms (minimum gap) = 1,1ms and then clock pulse starts. All other clocks (without reset) are then delayed by around 100us (for comparison – MIDI transmission delays messages by approx. 300us, last note in three notes chord is transmitted with approx. 1ms delay).

As side effect – if clock input is used alone (without using reset input) it can work as gate-to-trig converter (output trig width 1/2/5ms) with adjustable delay (100us to 8ms). If reset input is used alone (without using clock input) then it works as gate-to-trig converter with adjustable trig width (100us to 5ms).

In some power distribution systems connector key can be reverted.
In this case cut connector key and plug power connector right way (with respect to red strip) or use different power cable appropriate to your power system.
