S-220 Dual switch module for Eurorack/Doepfer A100 system.

Switches can be used for audio switching (muting) or switching CV, switches are bi-directional. Switches can work in three modes – normal (switch is closed when input gate is active, mode LED is off), inverted (switch is opened when input gate is active, mode LED is dimmed) and toggled (rising edge of input trig/gate toggles switch state, mode LED is on). Input 2 is normalled to input 1, neighboring switch jacks are normalled too so both switches can be used together controlled by input 1. Due switch jacks normalling it can be set to 1-to-2 configuration (one input switched to two outputs) or 2-to-1 configuration (2 inputs to one output), then bottom jack of switch 1 should be common input/output, top jack of sw1 is one in/out, bottom jack of sw 2 is second in/out. One switch then should be set to normal mode, another switch to inverted mode (switching is based on input gate state) or both switches should be set to toggle mode (trigger swaps state of both switches). Initial state of both switches is “off” (normal), “on” (inverted) and “off” (toggle mode). To ensure alternate switching in toggle mode ch2 initial state is “on” if ch2 mode is switched to “toggle” when ch1 is in toggle mode already. Good companion to say U-075 or any other module (imagine two parallel 8-step CV sequences switched after 8 steps – it creates 16-step long sequence…)

In some power distribution systems connector key can be reverted.
In this case cut connector key and plug power connector right way (with respect to red strip) or use different power cable appropriate to your power system
